12/30/2015 0 Comments Bring on the New YearTomorrow is the last day of 2015. It will be long gone and everything done last year is done. We can't go back and change it. All we can do is take on today and then tomorrow and then the next. My youngest child will be five years old tomorrow, and not a single day goes by that I don't tell her to stop growing. Usually, she hoots and hollers and tells me "I have to get bigger". I don't like it. I want her to stay my little girl ... forever. I want to be able to hold her and protect her, and keep her safe from the outside dangers. I know that I can't. My older children didn't listen either, they went ahead and grew up without my permission too. Don't go through life with your eyes closed, because you will miss out on something huge. My personal New Years resolutions ...First, I intend to pick up the pace and publish 3 books this year (maybe 4). Have I mentioned I have some great stories brewing? I just need to type faster. My fingers need to work as fast as my brain. The first book I should have done, is the sequel to Never Again. The second installment of the Fate Intertwined series, Broken Again. I am hoping for a release the first part of 2016. It is coming together great. If you want a little taste, the first chapter will be in the back of Never Again and What Brings Tomorrow by January 3rd. I also intend on getting the second installment of What Brings Tomorrow done this year. And lastly ... I have a new drama/thriller that is making its way to my computer. I'll keep that one a little secret for right now. In all honesty, I currently am typing away on 6 different manuscripts. I'm trying to focus on one at a time, but sometimes the ideas that spurt up need to be written. So, for my readers ... I am trying to get my stories on paper as quickly as possible. I want them out there for everyone to read, not just stowed away in my brain. It should be a full year, and I hope that I can follow through with my intentions. I also hope, that this coming year brings amazing things for my kids and grandkids. I want to add, I hope that everyone out there utilizes this year to the best of their abilities. You can grab your life by the horns and push and pull where you want it to go or just hold on for the ride. Either way, enjoy it and don't waste it. Time is one thing you never get back. Happy New Year
